Only reason they got 2 stars is because I love the food but the service sucks. Every time we go, in fact we just pulled away from drive through, very unfriendly staff. Not a single hello or smile. No "have a good day". No eye contact not a single word even. Just handed us our food and we were on our way. I feel overly compelled to call and tell the manager to move those girls to the back and put them on dish duty since they clearly have no customer service ediquate.
The only reason this is not one star, is because the fries weren't cold.
We went through the drive through, and ordered two burgers.
I don't want anything from writing this review.
I love A&W, but on a late Saturday evening my girlfriend and I were driving through town and needed something to eat.
Wrong.
But look, food is supposed to be served at a certain temperature.
I've worked in food service my entire life, and I understand the frustration of wanting to go home when you close.
Simple thing right? Cook em, melt the cheese, etc? Right?
Sad when u can't even recommend an idiot proof fast food franchise.
I just hope the Staff at A&W and KFC can take it as a lesson in poor customer service.
Always have great food at this location. Must admit I always get chicken. Always fast always good.
Waiting in line went fast and the food was hot when we got it wait time minimal
We thought "why not A&W?" After, the open sign was still lit.
Employees great, A&W great, but the KFC so bad, lowers rating from 4 star to 1.
Out burgers were ice cold, and I mean, ice cold.
Not cool guys, not cool at all.
